I bought a microwave on the 5/12/2021 at pick a pay carnival cashier didn't tell me that the microwave didn't have a warrant or wh the policies is regarding the appliances I went to pick pay on the 12/04/2022 I went to the security he say I must go the the kiosk I tell the cashier the microwave is not working she say the there is no box they wound help me I say call the manager for me she call the guy tell me the same thing the cashier I'm like really because of a box than I said to him I bought the microwave u didn't give it to me for free I said to him he must give me a number for customer service cause this is unexceptable he don't even know what to do or how to help I regret buying the microwave at pick a pay cause they don't know how to treat customer I even told him I also work with customer nd I waiting for 2hours in the store nd than I had tobtake the microwave myself to the assessment cenntre for samsung this is unacceptable its other they give me a new microwave or give my money than I go to makro or game and by microwave there cause the service is poor at pick and I paid with my money for the microwave and the reason I bought it was for the brand I thought it will last but in 4 months time the microwave didn't wanted to work
