I have previously complained about this device.
Please have a look at the photos and tell me why you would void the warranty as this is the 5th time the same problem occurred.
Now that a protective cover pealed the paint off the corners of the device you feel it's out of warranty.
I've asked for a review of the assessment but no one replies or bother to reach out. I would like samsung international to know how your branches in Cape Town treat the loyal customers pushing them to go other service providers.
This is not a cheap device and I want proper answers not your unprofessional staff to treat me like a liar I front of other customers.
If you look at the device you can clearly see it never fell.
