I have previously complained about this device.

Please have a look at the photos and tell me why you would void the warranty as this is the 5th time the same problem occurred.

Now that a protective cover pealed the paint off the corners of the device you feel it's out of warranty.

I've asked for a review of the assessment but no one replies or bother to reach out. I would like samsung international to know how your branches in Cape Town treat the loyal customers pushing them to go other service providers.

This is not a cheap device and I want proper answers not your unprofessional staff to treat me like a liar I front of other customers.
If you look at the device you can clearly see it never fell.

I will never again buy any samsung products and get rid of all the samsung products I currently have as they are not focused on customer satisfaction ive been with them for many years and will not even recommend them to my circle of people. That's my honest opinion
