Rochester - Pathetic service

I bough couches from Rochester more then a week ago. I bought it online. I received an SMS on Thursday 01 December saying that my couches would be delivered in a day or two. When i tracked my order on 02 December, the portal said my furniture was picked and handed over to the courier at 09:41, 02 December. It is 07 December and i have NO COUCHES. When i phoned on Saturday , 03 December, a lady at the call centre said i must just wait - they will sms me. The more i say i have received an SMS and i tracked my order. the more she says they will sms me and she cant tell me when they will deliver. She eventually just put the phone down in my ears. I have phoned the daily and no one has assisted me - no one seems to know where my couches are of when they will be delivered. They just dont care. We will escalate, we will escalate - and the no one phones you back. it is starting to feel like a scam. Please spare yourself the trouble NEVER EVER buy from Rochester. They seem to take customers for a ride.
