We received damaged couches to our home on the 15.04.2023 from Rochester Carnival and till up to date nothing has been done about this despite reporting it two weeks ago. We've been getting a run around and even told we can't be assisted as the person who is suppose to assist us is on leave. Just before money exchanged hands everybody was willing to assist us irrespective of who was there or not there. Today the same people are just taking a back stand. This is really sickening...
