Restonic SA - Defective bed

I bought a restonic bed from Sleepmasters Birch Acres in Tembisa in March 2023 and after delivery I realised the bed is not in good condition. I called Sleepmasters and was requested to send the pictures and log a complaint which I did. The Complain was escalated to Restonic SA and different people spoke to me. A Restonic SA employee send me an email indicating they will arrange house inspection and I must send the address, I have since waited and called several times speaking to different people and nothing has been done even today. The bed is still new and covered by warranty but it is not in good condition, which i feel is a waste of my money. Since they were unable to assist and have lied to me I am no longer interested in their brand I need my money back.
