The driver finally came to my work address at Wits University to deliver my parcel on 17th November 2022 at 11am but he refused to give the parcel because he wasn't happy with my Green South African barcoded ID as my identity to receive the parcel. He wanted an ID card or passport. I don't have those so now how am I ever going to get the parcel. I have been having so many issues with RAM since last week starting at the call centre where they couldn't even help me. Now I am just fed up because I can't even use my own ID to get my parcel. Please send your director or someone who know what they are doing and bring my parcel. I am really so upset with RAM that I want to either take them to the cleaners or to just give them my parcel and forget it ever existed.
