WORST COURIER COMPANY ON EARTH!!!
Delivery from Vodacom scheduled for today (28 November 2023). Since 15h00 I've been calling the call center asking about the status of the delivery. From the three individuals I spoke to between 15h00 and 17h30 I got different answers - however all assuring me that the parcel will be delivered today and before 18h00. I phoned again at 17h45, only to be told that it is a "non-delivery" and the parcel was returned to the warehouse??? This is absolutely shocking, pathetic actually. I was home the whole day, any my office window looks out onto the driveway and street - NO ONE EVER CAME.
RAM COURIERS, I DEMAND THAT THIS DRIVER BE DISCIPLINED! It is unacceptable that he lied just so that he can go home because he is to lazy to finish his deliveries. I request you to investigate and come back to me confirming that action was taken!!
On the call, I asked to speak to a supervisor, Londi, who refused to provide me with a reference number, any further details, who refused to make a plan so that the parcel promised to be delivered, get to me. I even offered to drive to the warehouse to pick it up. This guy's position is useless as I was transferred to the supervisor that as said, could not and did not want to help!
RAM COURIERS< I FIND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE (WHICH IS NONE, ZERO, NADA, #$%&) SHOCKINGLY POOR AND PATHETIC!!!
I further asked that since you as RAM are not willing to help me as CUSTOMER, could my package me prioritised for tomorrow (29 November 2023). It answer was yes, but sorry, we cannot give you any assurance, again no reference number, no one you can contact, nothing. So, tomorrow most probably I will be told the same lies, we will deliver and then nothing!
AGAIN, I REQUEST THIS MATTER TO RECEIVE THE UTMOST HIGHEST ATTENTION AND PRIORITY!!!!
