RAM Couriers - A0937080, delivery failure for my vodacom package

I received a call from the RAM driver advising that they were at the address, I advised them to allow me 2 minutes and he questioned where I was, I advised that I was in the mall and was specific on which mall, he then advised that I must collect my parcel at the mall I waited until He called back to say he was leaving. One I very aware that vodacom deliveries should not be at the mall hence I asked to be granted 2 minutes. He advised that I need to call RAM and left me hanging on the call, this is totally unacceptable and disgusting service ?, if I wereto rate RAM service I would definitely rate it -0 from the time of drivers call arrogance to the failure.
