Rain mobile - Refusing to down grade or cancel my contract

I have been trying to down grade since Feb 2023 and have been send from pillar to post.
I have never experience such unprofessionalism, I asked for a manager and they refused then today I ask for a complains department then they let me hold for 35min after that they hang-up on me. We don't have a contract and when one doesn't pay you cut the connection but now I see that you have double deducted this month.
