Good day, I would like to make a complaint about Rain. I was billed twice for the month of August. I made a payment 31 July and they deducted 01 August. I called them and they asked for proof. I sent proof to
[email protected]. Till to date I haven't received my refund. Whenever I call they say they've escalated the complaint to billing but nothing has been done. Regards P Goso
