I applied for rain wifi last month in June 2023 I only used it for 3weks and the rooter couldn't show network light I called rain customer care and was informed the network team will call me and I only received their call after 3day after calling them everyday with no success. On Friday new rooter was delivered and next Wednesday it was the same issue again no network lite I called again and spoke to one of the team leaders by the name of Shahen who promise my query will be resolved to date still waiting on Friday I spoke to Monalisa who also promise to make sure my query will be resolved immediately to date nothing and Monday I spoke to another team leader by the name of Zinhle who was so cold and told me to wait for 5 days because the issue is the SIM card and I told her I will never wait another 5days I'm using this rooter for work and TV and she told me these nothing she can do I insisted to speak to her manager and her manager Suhaifa promised she call me the same day after speaking to the SIM department and never called . I'm sitting with a rooter that's not working and the debit order went off last month ? no one is willing to assist me I must buy data for work while I payed for a rooter.
