Query 1: cant connect all my devices to the router. Gary Africa from Rain confirmed he isn't even familiar with the router Rain supplied me with. I have followed all instructions given to me but not working. I am paying for a service I cant use.
2.refund enquiry since June. First Rain said refund was done but I never got it, then they said a credit was passed, then they say i am not due a refund and then a refund will be done and the circle continues.
I have tried telephonically, via e-mail, facebook and whatsapp to sort it out but nothing is being done. I requested calm recordings but its not being done.
