I have been requesting callbacks since Friday 12/04/24 with Rain as I never received any ,I called on Saturday and still had issues with slow data speeds I then decided to upgrade to 100mbps from 30mbps on Sunday , which was never active and then at about 3pm my WiFi disconnected with error wifi disabled enable WiFi to connect,I have been with Rain since 27/12/22 and I was missold on 16/06/23 as was given a smart router with based that I would upgrade but was sold another rain router,I upgraded my package only to discover I would be billed for 2 routers had to cancel one and ended up paying more , I've let that slide and now this I keep getting told to wait but still no service for the past 3 days and I work from home using my WiFi. I've asked to cancel and get refunded still nothing as I am still awaiting a refund template after almost an hour
