Poor unhealthy customer service I received from Rage Sam Ntuli mall in katlehong,I went there to inform them that I have found the slip because a week before I went there and wanted to exchange the shoes that I received as a gift from a family member the shoe cuts are the small made and I was told that they don't exchange the sale and even worse I don't have a slip,ok cool I understood and respected their Rules,so yesterday date 27/11/23 I went back for the exchange since I now came with the slip and I have found new staff I then asked for a manager or the person who is in charge the lady with the dreadlocks replied and said to me do you want a manager or a service I then said a manager and then explained why I needed to see the manager or the person in charge she then replied rudely and said what is so special about me that makes me think that they will exchange a sale item for me,so the other short lady who also have dreads who was assisting a customer at the pay point laughed out loud and so I lost it thats when I started to also defend myself and there was more customers when this incident happened and so I just decided to leave without getting a proper assistance,to them when I left the store i looked like a defeated fool but I was actually Not instead I was doing them a huge favor because when there's noise and arguments infront of the other potential customers the company may lose sales,customers or even have unnecessary stockloss because the employees were actually focusing on attacking instead of focusing on customers service and solve the issue that I actually went to the store For.
