Reading all the complaints about Pick 'n Pay ASAP, I feel better that I am not the only unhappy customer. I also, had to pay for convenience, just to get poor service, damaged goods / incomplete orders. Trying to phone Pick 'n Pay Mall of the South is even worst than trying to phone the Call Centre.
