On the 3rd of September we use Pick n Pay App to order snacks and drinks, It was for our Picnic party . it was ruined and people had to wait longer to get drinks as the app cancel our order and it didn't what was the reason for cancelation. we then went to the store and use another money now to purchase as the App did not reverse the money back to the account. We did call customer service and they telling us about 1 - 10 days for the money to be reversed. this is very frustrating and so much disappointing. You are quick to take the money from the account but now we need to wait to get our money back I'm very disappointed and i wont ever used your app nor your stores.
