Such awful experience I received just now. A friend of mine just sent me R200.00 via Tyme bank. The message I received from them was that I must go to Pick n Pay for withdrawal. The condescending approach I received from Lucrecia (teller) was extreme. She shamed me by making me look inferior infront of many customers; commenting that she didn't understand why someone would come to the shop without knowing where the money came from (obviously this was before I knew the source was Tyme bank). She had told me that she tried every option available to her for the withdrawal; no success. I asked to speak with the manager... who also was disrespectful and told me they were a small Pick n Pay and that they couldn't help me. In short, I was shamed, my request was not satisfied, shouted at, and left the store like a dog having its tail between the legs. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this Pick n Pay outlet.
