it has been almost 3 weeks since i had to cancel my clothing order, cause somewhere in the system it did not pull through to your factory!!! this was when i first started waiting!!!!
your customer care are giving excuses all the time and i am now getting sick and tired of this nonsense!!
i have paid this order and now i am not getting my money back!! i work at the hospital and it suits me to order online, but no thanks - lesson learned!!!
poor service!! i will not use pick 'n pay clothing online again!!
i want this sorted by 12 today
