Good day
On the 20th of August I placed an order for a food processor, the order was received, however, there was a defect with the blender, I called the call center and the agent promised to call me back , but did not call back, the item was collected on the 25th , and on the 30th of August I received an sms, that my request has been completed , but I am still waiting for my order, I called the call center and was advised it was a mistake to close the request and the agent said she has reopened it and will forward an email to the store to confirm my order, she again promised to call back, its been two weeks waiting for my order.
