I went to Pick n Pay in Menlyn and I could not believe the lack of respect for people in the store, Specifically the first person I requested help from was one the Hollard rep at the entrance ( I didn't get the name but he is tall and darkish in completion. First I greeted him and he responded by nodding his head, I mean what on earth is that?

I got so annoyed I left him and asked for assistance from the lady at the lotto kiosk and it was no different, I told her that I wanted to view vouchers on my card but I see they don't have a self service kiosk can she assist, she just said she cant and continued with what she was doing. She would have asked the manager for alternatives but to my surprise she was absolutely not bothered.
