After shopping at Clicks my wife and I proceeded to Pick and Pay. All that was in the trolley was one bag. I was ahead of my 80 year old wife who is also almost deaf. The security lady grabbed my wife's trolley and said she may not enter the store. My wife called me and I returned to the trolley. At this stage the security lady was busy tying the handles of the bag. This is quite normal but as my wife tried to proceed the security lady grabbed the trolley abruptly and said she may not enter the store with that bag. I did speak to one manager about this incident who said the anti theft gadgets used by Clicks is also used by Pick and Pay and that he could override the system. This should not be the customers problem and as for the attitude of the Security it cost Pick and Pay R3200.00 because we went to Checkers where we will in future do our shopping.
