I had greeted for assistance on food court session and they took their own time to respond to me and I waited until they finished chatting. I requested to have 6 Fatcakes and I was told they do not have then I requested the ones I was seing which were 3 the consultant who was still busy cooking them placed another three on the shelves but the gentle refused to give me and told me they were special orders for certain people then I took snoek fish instead then another customer came next to me and he still ordered the Fatcakes and he was given the very same Fatcakes I was refused to be given. So I will like to get clarity of what are the rules of buying so am also aware on this certain branch rules. Because now really everytime I go there the is always some bad thing I experience with their service they make me feel like I need to beg them to service me as a client. You go there early as 07H00 clock when they open they will tell you Fatcakes are not ready and when you come back at 08H00 they want to give you Fatcakes according to the number they feel it's best suits them or tell me Fatcakes are not available. Why are they stopping to sell Fatcakes so that I know that officially I will not need to bother myself wasting my time to go there.
The reason am going there is because the taste of their Fatcakes is so delicious and not too oily just wish I have never tasted them so I will not have the reason to go there. They are making that pick n pay look like it's their own branded Spaza shop and Pick n Pay is a big brand.
It frustrates me.
