I am now beyond fed-up with the non-existent service from P&P ASAP ! Refund was requested on the 3rd March and to date no money in my account!!!!!
Can I please have proof of payment, date when I can expect my refund!!!!! I'm tired of all the excuses and no straight answers.
The 10 days has come and gone. Still no feedback after numerous complaints !!!!!!!
@Randall Myburgh - doesn't help you send me your contact details and you don't bother to respond after confirming with me on the 23rd March that my payment is on the print-out.
I have also closed my P&P ASAP account after the shopping experience I've had with trying to get my refund of R601,95 which was due on the 17th March !!!!!!
I STILL DON'T HAVE MY REFUND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
From what I see on the website, there are numerous people complaining about not receiving their refunds and also no responses from P&P.
