I purchased a cell phone at Pick n pay Carletonville and return it to the store as the phones screen is faulty. The phone has been returned on the 29th of October for repairs. it's been over a month since the phone was booked in for repairs. I then went to the store to request for a refund as i can not be without a phone for so long, to this day I have not been assisted, instead the manager of pick n pay Carletonville told me there's nothing he can do to assist me.
