I ordered items from pnp 2 weeks ago to the value of almost R700 for delivery. I placed the order at 15.45 the afternoon, being told that my order will arrive just after 5pm at my delivery adress. Needless to say 5pm cane and gone, called the call centre to complain only to be told that the fdriver did collect the parcel at the store and now they cannot get hold of him. Mext day i started calling at 8am to try and figure out what was happening with the order to be told it will be delivered just after 11am. After numerous phone calls and threatening and asking them to cancel the order and refund my money, no communication. I want the refund.
