Pick n Pay - Poor customer service and bad food

Was at Pick n Pay(Epic Centre) today in vredenburg at the Hot Food area their was only one lady working while the rest chatted or busy doing something else we were about 4 peoe in line to buy food but it took 15min just to get to the front of the line,Poor service.We bought samoosas and a couple of cheese grillers but when we got home all the samoosas was burn inside like the mince was dark dark black we were unable to eat it.Was a really poor experience at Pick n Pay and we are regular customers of pick n pay,The shop in the weskus mall is excellent but we always go to the one in Town as they sell Shushi,but will not be going their anytime soon.Rating of 1 for service and a 0 for food quality.
