27th May 2025 @ 06h00pm I was at pnp Kenilworth Centre Bakery counter (pie counter) I stood there with no assistance no one at the counter and The Bakery/Deli Manager was there overlooking the counter never acknowledged me until I decided to leave.
28TH May 2025 lunch hour: I was back same counter, there was a customer in front of me and Bakery consultant(Pateka) was assisting the customer . Right after the Pateka was done with the customer in front of me she went to the back area came back with her jacket and left me there.... I asked her how come I'm not being assisted? What have I done? She gave me a stank face and ask what I want. I was over it and asked her to call her supervisor becouse this is not it.
She looked me up and down asking what I want (in a bored, I'm bothering her form) I asked for her manager.
She left and went by the deli counter.
Again I had to stand there wait for the "manager/supervisor) and decided to leave after 5 minutes.
