Good day, I am truly disgusted in the manner that your Finance Manager at Pick n pay Viking Park dealt with my query. This was my 3rd Pick n pay to do(receive) a SRD R350 grant payment as I was told by Elsies branch they don't do SRD grants because Sassa don't pay them and I can go to Viking centre where they Wil be able to assist. Each cashier told me straight away they don't have a R350 cash in their till. This I found to be a complete lack of wanting to assist. I asked the 1 lady whether I can ask the manager, before I could even complete my conversation with the teller, this 1 lady interfered by saying :"I am the finance manager and I'm telling you I don't have money." I tried to explain to her that the grant payment is for the young girl here which I assisted with my cellphone hence me having to be with all the time. This finance manager has got no customer service skills, she did not even offer for us to maybe wait a few minutes to see whether someone will have a cash sale. I was so disgusted in her attitude and fumed with anger. I actually wanted to just make a R350 cash purchase for myself on anything just to prove her wrong and how easy it would be to assist, but I thought I will not spend a single cent in a store that does not show empathy to there customers. I was honestly disgusted in her behavior.
