I am very very disappointed with the Pick n pay app. I place yesterday an order on the app and the stock arrived 20 min late. When I open the bags, 3 items I did not received but paid for it, 2 times is not the flavor that I have order and 3 items I did not order but received. I have phone the support line to assist me , I was more then a hour on the line with then so that they can get a hold of the store but no success. Bad bad service, still waiting on someone to phone me back and apologize and they will send me the correct stock. If they cant manage the app properly and pick correct then they need to delete it. its unacceptable to treat customers like that.
