I am not happy with how my query is resolved, I was suppose to get a refund and it's a month now and still no refund.

I was advised that the refund details are giving issues and I supplied them with new details to refund to and still no joy. The service I received is not pleasant. When I give them a call they tell me that the query has been escalated but till today it's not resolved it's over a month. The incompetency of Pick n Pay Asap - Bottles is one that is not pleasant. I will not mention names.
