On the 23rd of October, I ordered groceries online via the Pick n Pay website and I made payment then received a confirmation saying my order (0026271743) was gonna get to me the next day the 24th of October however that was not the case. I then called the customer care line on the 25th of October and was told that I was sent an email by their online payment authorizer
[email protected] which I had not received until I asked them to re-send the email, I replied to the questions asked on the email but I never received any response from Nomfundo I had to call again on the 27th and spoke to two guys who were not really helpful and one of them was
[email protected] who atleast kept the communication going, he told me that Nomfundo had not authorized the order and he is gonna try and get her to do it so that I receive my groceries by end of day, emailed him on Friday and he said he had not received any feedback from the back office so he will shift my order to this coming Monday (31 October) so I emailed him back and asked him to cancel the order and refund me my money but ever since he has been quiet, no response or any form of communication from anyone at PicknPay, I even went to a PicknPay store in Newtown Junction to enquire but the floor manager said they cant assist since I shopped online, I am highly disappointed in PicknPay and mostly angry at this highest inconvenience.
