I placed an order ont he pnp asap app order number 5379110, the app showed the groceries was delivered but not to me, But my money was deducted, I logged several complaints on the app itseld, I snet over 10 emails not one response - i even called the customer care 0860303030 dont matter the option no one answers

I have been shoppping with PNP for years and as a single mom with kids i cant afford to lose moeny jsut for fun, every cent counts in my budget
