I placed an order on the 25th of March - ALOT of items were missing, so I logged a query (email) the same day. The call center was already closed by the time my order arrived. Since then, they have given me several reference numbers and I even called them. They keep telling me that the query is pending. After calling them, I just never heard anything again!! WTF!? Now I don't have the stuff that I wanted, and I don't have more money to buy it!! You guys are slipping! This is unacceptable! Do you even know what it's like to struggle like this!!?? Phoning and email the whole time!
