I have never been so livid because of an online shopping platform as i am with PNP online and PNP ASAP. So with ASAP this was not the first time it was a dissapointment, the other 4 times i ordered i had to strugle with them not bringing the correct quanties then i have to reorder and repay for delivery, the other time i ordered box cake and they gave me browneys, the last one was i ordered milk, tomatoes and jelly sweets and ended up getting the incorrect items completely spend the whole day on the phone with the out come being my order got cancelled.So PNP ASAP will never see me again. With PNP online the first time i did not receive all my items even thou it showed they delivered it, i strugelled for a month to get my money back the second time that is today i placed the order for delivery between 8am and 10am and well it is 15:40 and still no delivery, also hoe the hell does pnp run out of cheese, tomato paste, puff pastry and tomato and onion mix in the can!! i placed my order on Friday the 25th of November i could only get delivery today the 30th and then alot of my items is not in stock also i asked for substitute items and yes they do not substitute the items no i just do not get them. I am so fed up also when phoning them you wait over 15min just for someone to pick up the phone. I always used pnp online and never had problems but this year it has been a pain. Checkers 60 sixty is amazing never ever had problems or late deliveries so PNP ASAP and PNP online you have lost a client this week i will never order from you guys again.
