Today afternoon I decided to pop into your shop (PicknPay Malkerns) to quickly get a few things including some that were supposed to be on special till today(5/3/2021) ,and to my amazement and utter shock I was informed by your staff that they had been told that the special ended yesterday (4/3/2021) ,when I asked why ,I was told there was a misprint!!! NOW HOW THE HELL DO YOU LET OUT AN ADVERT FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH AND NOT EVEN BOTHER TO INFORM CUSTOMERS THAT THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE ????!!!! I FOR ONE USE YOUR WHATSAPP PLATFORM TO GET UPDATES ON SPECIALS AVAILABLE AT YOUR STORES AND NOT EVEM ONCE WAS THERE A NOTIFICATION THAT WARNED US THAT DATES OF THE END OF THE SPECIAL HAD CHANGED !!!!!!
