I visited the store at Midway Mews in Midrand to purchase a few essential items. I noted Parmalat 400g assorted processed cheese on special . The emphasis being on assorted. I decided to purchase the Mozzarella variety of cheese , 400g. When I got to the till it did not scan and the teller than called her supervisor who took the cheese and returned scanning at R64.99. I advised that it was on special for R49.99. She argued with me and than went to the two managers at the front computers. Of course they argued as well that the mozzarella was not included on the special. I explained the word " assorted " as well that it was 400g. It could not be resolved as the managers in my opinion were unhelpful or maybe just incompetent. I left not purchasing the cheese as I had no energy to argue.
