After an awful experience with Pick 'n Pay online delivery, I canceled an order and now the amount of that order is reflected against the Wallet on the ASAP app. Several times now, I have clicked on the "Payout via EFT" link which sends an email to your mailbox with a link to input your banking details. Since the 26th of November, I've requested the payout via eft. Pick 'n Pay refuses to pay back my money. When I click on the link that they email me to input my banking details, I get an error message that says, "Cannot connect to database". Why not just refund me on my bank card? Other businesses do that but not PNP, they are clearly too backwater to keep up with technology. In the meantime, they are earning interest on my money with me falling short. In a society where honesty and integrity are scarce, PNP is at the forefront of corrupt and unethical businesses with zero culpability. PNP ASAP is a scam!
Even after logging complaints with the PNP Customer Care they still insist that the money does reflect against the wallet. I do not want the money to reflect on the app. I want my money back in my bank account. It is clearly not a concept that PNP can understand. Way above their intelligence level.
