Wrong order delivered for Derek i sent the driver back with the parcel.

As per my telephonic discussion with the store manager, he advised your order was redelivered.
 
I hope this is in order.

My order was not delivered I had to reorder the same items the next day since they were busy with investigation

they were incompetent, their responses did not show any empathy towards me as their customer.
