I made a purchase at the till and requested a withdrawal of R500-00 from cashier: Ellen Mnguni. Upon the receiving the five hundred notes there was one that was sellotape. Then I kindly requested to exchange that hundred note for loose change. Instead the cashier opened the till gave me another hundred note - shut the till that had more than enough change, she rose up to her feet and exclaimed with an appalling attitude - I don't have change! When she clearly did. And left me hanging. I asked the cashier next to her and they both, publicly humiliated and degraded me infront of the entire store.
