I wanted to exchange my broken Aim tv at pick n pay in worcester with the invoice/proof of purchase. Then I was told I can not exchange my tv without the original box. The manager said I must make contact with cz electronics who must give permission to exchange without a box. How must I go through the holidays without a tv?
