At 8h47 on Sunday the 28th July 2024 I placed an order for various items. At noon the delivery was still not made so I called the ASAP customer care centre. This was followed by a further 6 phone calls, WhatsApp messages (that have still not been answered) and just past 17h00 the ASAP call centre consultant said they were cancelling the order as there was an issue with it. She advised they would send me an email confirming the cancellation which has still not been sent. This morning I open the app to find they have stated the order as "delivered" which is a blatant lie. | called them again and was advised they have a few undelivered orders that need attention and will sort the matter out. This is daylight robbery and total incompetence as none of what they promised has been fulfilled. I demand my R1208.80 back today!!!
