I bought a skyworth 43 Inch TV on the 17/11/2022 at pnp home online, it was then delivered on the 23/11/2022. When I open the box I found out that the TV was short with 1 stand leg short and both their screws so I can't watch the TV. I did an enquiry and cald customer care but didn't gt help, the only they say is dt they'll look after the problem n give m different reference and nothing hepens afta that. I sent almost 3 emails again but still no 1 helped me again even today the TV is stil inside the box and am not able to watch it and I haven't been helped as I should I don't know when n how wud this mater be resolved.

It is an amazing brand that I enjoy having its perfect and I love their service tnx again to them bcoz if it wasn't for them, this problem wouldnt be solved.
