Good day
Today I went to Sable Square and happened to see pnp clothing and thought let me try this store as it's my first time as I always go to the one in Kenilworth access park .

To my disappointment
As I'm standing in the line to pay for my items I see the customer in front of me with an item which I like and the customer says asks one of the assistants to bring you one seeing that you standing at the till.

So I see the nearest person is the store Manager and ask her to please bring me the item .
Her face was not very welcoming and before she goes to look for the item she is standing somewhat away from the front counter and throws the hangers from the front to the baskets at the back of the till and immediately makes such a big noise .

She comes back with the item and says just to tell you before hand this item does not have a reduced sticker as the other customer someone most probably took it off so you going to pay double
So please bare in mind this is the very same item and same size as the customer infrint of me which will be paying R90 I now have to Pay R180 for .
Not going through extra mile saying seeing that someone took off the sticker I can see the same item is reduced let me give it to you for that price
I then say no thank you im not paying double.
Shortly thereafter she says please tell your kids to stop messing with the sanitizer it's making a mess which I have no problem to do but it's how she said it .
I then left the store .
Opened the package now after 11pm after being out for the day and see the displeasing manner in which my clothing that I purchased was just stuffed into a bag of which I took a video as it will do more justice to actually see .
So I know it's a public holiday and you most probably don't want to be working but that customer care is uncalled for .
