On Thursday 23 September I placed an order through Pick n Pay ASAP and the following happened. I ordered Picanha rump and received Sirloin steak (although I was charged for Pichana rump) I ordered a pack of mince and it arrived with the packaging torn and the meat exposed. I ordered 2 bottles of Bonaqua pump (750ml bottles) and received 1,5l bottles. I sent pictures of all this on the app and also emailed customer services. To date nobody bothered to contact me about it or try to resolve the issue. Today is Tuesday 28 September.
