I got the worst customer service at Pick n Pay Qualisave Newcastle today. I was overcharged and the floor supervisor was so arrogant and disrespectful towards me. She refused to correct the incorrect price and to refund me. The cashier also told her the price is wrong, she said I must just pay that price. She stood with her arms crossed. When I said I am going to log a complaint with the manager, she arrogantly said in front of all the other customers, that I can do it. She doesn't care. She made me feel that I was wrong although I went to the shelf myself and showed her the price.
