Pick n Pay - Asap is refusing to refund me

last week Friday I ordered from pick n pay asap, my order arrived but it turned out to be a completely different order, in other words, someone else's order. I was asked to await a driver who will arrive the next day to come pick up the incorrect order so that I may be refunded. the driver never arrived. i have called in so many times and emailed back and forth with support asking for my refund but they consistently refuse.
