My order #18315251 I ordered a grocery through PnP ASAP on the 28/09/2024. My order was cancelled and when I checked my bank account the amount was uncleared so I thought it will come back the following day. When I checked the transaction today my money was taken.

I don't understand why money was taken and the order is cancelled and I don't even see my cancelled order on asap now. I'm furious that was my last money now I don't have anything to eat this weekend.
