Yesterday at around 12:30 because of my work schedule, I used pick and pay's ASAP app to make sure my wife and kids had food for dinner as I was not going to make it in time from work. At 14:00 the app told me that the delivery is on it's way. By 16:30 still nothing no phone call just nothing. When I went back into the app it showed that the driver was back in store and delivery would only be this morning. I phoned head office and the branch itself and they assured me that the packages will arrive and my family will have food for dinner. Needless to say nothing arrived and my wife and boys had to go to bed hungry. I am really dissapointed and on top of it now has an upset wife because of my stupid choice to used ASAP. I will never recommend them and Pick And Pay has lost a loyal customer.
