We have to receive our chronical medication from Pharmacy Direct if you are with Bonitas. i don't have a probleme with that, but they service is not customer friendly. Twice now I have received only half of my medication dispence by the same persone. Then I have to phone them to complain and take another day of from work to wait for the delivery. It seems nothing is done if you complain and they never get back to you. It whould be nice if Bonitas can look into this probleme when they use this company.
