part of my hypertension medication was held back - i was not informed as to the reason. On calling I paid the balance Tuesday 25th I called Thursday 27th to confirm receipt of payment. Payment was received and outstanding medication was to sent - processes. Today is the 4th September and it is 3days without my medication. I have followed up on Tuesday 1st November and informed that the pharmacy had failed to issue. I was assured that the medication would be sent as an urgent . I followed up Wednesday and Thursday with no success. I was assured that I would have received it. Today is now the 8th day since I logged the call. I find this unacceptable and perturbed by teh Russian Roulette being played with lives -including mine. Please help!!!
